We will gather for delicious organic meals "typical local specialties revisited in vegan and vegetarian ways with flavors that combine typical Mediterranean cuisine with the aromas of Eastern cuisine"
This workshop will be both experiential, as well as skill-building. We will build our musical awareness in extemporaneous co-creation, while holding the intention to navigate together in a soft and inclusive way.
*No specific knowledge or artistic or musical expertise is required in order to participate: the facilitators will tailor the activities to the collective abilities of the group, adapting them to individual participants.
We have carefully chosen a setting that will best accompany our inner journey: a family-run meditation center located not far from the center of Scansano. We will be surrounded by peace, tranquility and the extraordinary beauty of nature, olive trees, the Tuscan hills, 40 hectares of greenery and woods.
